oliverjordanhayes.
&&thesummary.oliver likes to keep to himself for the most part, he's usually alone and that's how he likes it. he has a plethora of problems that he doesn't want anyone knowing about, and his safest bet is to just not get close to anyone in the first place for them to find out. and it's safe to say this hasn't worked out too well for him, he has a horrible temper and is bottled up as hell. [profile] &&thefriends.he's not a very sociable guy, so befriending him may be a little difficult. it's not that he doesn't want to have any friends, he just doesn't go out of his way for it. and he gets annoyed very easily, but that doesn't mean he'll hate them. &&theenemies.oliver is very much a goodie-two-shoes kind of guy, he's unbelievably righteous. so if your character is a rule breaker or someone who's just up to no good, they probably won't be getting along well at all. &&thelovers.truth be told, he has been in the closet ever since he figured out he was gay during his second year. never has he been on a date, much less kissed anyone. however, if anyone was thinking that maybe he could have had a secret crush on your character for a long time, that'd be neat. &&theothers.have an idea floating around that i hadn't mentioned above? feel free to lay it on me. i like ideas, i feed off of them, so gimmie. and if you want to just throw him and one of your characters in a thread just to see what happens, that's fine by me.

andrew james cauldwellAs they're in different years and houses, I don't know how much interaction these two would have away from the Quidditch Pitch. That said, I presume they'd get on well enough. riley blake mclaggenI imagine Oliver would be rather put off by Riley's personality but that wouldn't stop the Slytherin lusting after him. Regardless of his apparent straightness, he'd definitely recognise Oliver's attractiveness and see if he couldn't persuade Oliver to experiment or something. So whatever the situation between these two is all depends on how you think Oliver would react to him.

oliver&&andrew Yeahh, unless we wanted a little Quidditch rivalry going on, I don't see too much going on between these guys, either.
oliver&&riley Honestly, Oliver would probably give into Riley's persuasions mainly on the condition that he be left alone after. Rather Riley would honor that or not would be your choice. And Oliver would pretend that he didn't like whatever they did afterwards, but he is a pretty lousy liar. The only thing is that it would either have to take a long time of Riley trying to convince him, or it would have to be a particularly good argument/straight up annoying as hell. So maybe Riley had started bugging him the previous year? Or maybe Riley decided that he wanted a challenge his last year and targeted Oliver?

andrew james cauldwellYup, rivalry's good. I imagine Andrew would obviously want to win the matches but he wouldn't hold it against Oliver if Hufflepuff lost - it's just a game after all. riley blake mclaggenRiley's not the sort to turn down an offer (unless the individual is particularly unattractive, which Oliver clearly isn't) and so he would probably honour that. It makes it easier for him anyway in that he won't have to worry about anything happening afterwards. Perhaps a combination of the two? Riley would find great pride in convincing a straight guy to sleep with him and so Oliver would, at least as far as he's aware, be a challenge to him. So bugging him since last year is fine. (:

oliver&&andrew D'aww, what a good sport! Oliver's a really sore loser, haha.
oliver&&riley Alrighty, sounds good! I think it'll be a good way for Oliver to get in touch with his buried gay side. Once he stops beating himself up for giving into Riley at least, bwhaha. So! Would you like to start up a thread or shall I?

andrew james cauldwellI had to just check his app to make sure it was Riley I'd put down as hating losing. Andy's not fond of failure but so long as Gryffindor wins by catching the snitch as opposed to scoring then he should be able to cope. riley blake mclaggenUp to you? I could probably crank something out though I'd need a little while to figure out why they'd be in the same place at that given time. I suppose it would be easiest for Oliver to be doing whatever and Riley's come looking for him? You obviously know your character better than I do but I presume that if he's been rejecting him since last year, he'd leave if, for example, he walked into the library and found Riley was in there reading. So it might be easier for you to start, or else I can try to come up with something plausible that Riley could interupt Oliver doing.

oliver&&andrew Hehe, maybe they could have a "friendly" Quidditch competition thing going on, which occasionally breaks out into arguments when their team loses to the other's unfavorably. Bwhaha olver&&riley Delivered<3
